We do not send any promotional emails; however, we may send you service related emails related to your account in extraordinary circumstances. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt out of them by deleting your account. When using the forum, you may opt to receive emails related to boards/topics. This is controlled only by you, and can be reviewed through your user control panel on the forum.
Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you access our Sites. For example, when you access our Sites, our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. These server logs may include information such as your operating system, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and other such information. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.
IP addresses are automatically logged by our Sites when you access our Sites. This information is tracked for the purpose of enforcing our terms of gameplay, maintaining security of player accounts and our Sites, and preventing circumvention of any bans from our Sites. This information may be used in conjunction with any other information held by NordInvasion to ensure compliance with our terms of gameplay.
We use technologies to monitor the performance of our services. Personally Identifiable information may be stored with these third parties for the stated purpose only. It may be necessary to contact you if something has occurred that we feel you either need to be made aware of, or may have information which could assist us.
An individual who is a current or former NordInvasion player who seeks access or wishes to correct, amend or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to firstname.lastname@example.org. If we receive a request under this provision, we will acknowledge it within a reasonable timeframe and handle it promptly.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our players for as long as needed to provide our services. NordInvasion will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our terms of gameplay.
We use the information that we collect to operate and maintain our Sites, and to enhance the service that we provide to our players.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information: NordInvasion will not rent or sell your non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) to others. If you choose to publish such results on our Sites, you understand and agree that this information, along with any personally identifiable information you choose to make available in connection with such results, will be made publicly available. By publishing your results on our Sites, you agree that you have obtained all necessary consents to make such information public and that doing so will not violate any laws. If you remove information that you have made public on our Sites, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of our Sites, or if other users have copied or saved that information. Non-personally identifiable information may be stored indefinitely.
Instances Where We Are Required To Share Your Information: NordInvasion will disclose your information where required to do so by law, if subject to court summons, subpoena or other legal proceeding or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of the courts and/or law enforcement; (b) to enforce our terms of gameplay or to protect the security or integrity of our service; and/or © to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of NordInvasion, our users or others.
Your information collected through the use of NordInvasion Sites may be stored and processed in the United States, Europe, or any other country in which NordInvasion or its service providers maintain facilities. Please note that we will not transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have equivalent data protection laws to your jurisdiction.
NordInvasion is concerned with protecting your privacy and data, but we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to NordInvasion or guarantee that your information on the NordInvasion Sites may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any of our safeguards. When you enter sensitive information (such as log in credentials) on our Sites, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. For current NordInvasion players, you can review, correct, update or delete inaccuracies to the information about you that NordInvasion keeps on file by logging into your account to update your details. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our terms of gameplay.
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, NordInvasion does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 15 (or the applicable age for your jurisdiction under Art.8(1) GDPR). By using any of our Sites, players are deemed to self certify that they are of the requisite age of consent under their jurisdiction's enactment of the GDPR. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 15, we will delete that information as quickly as possible (subject to the below).
